Please join Fritz Winemaker, Brad Longton, at the Press Club in San Francisco on Thursday, September 2nd for a special release of the 2007 Fritz Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. With harvest a bit behind schedule this year, we are taking advantage and stealing Brad from the vineyards and bringing him to the city to discuss this vintage and what processes he used to create this new standout in the Fritz collection.

We will be pairing tastes of the Cabernet Sauvignon with local artisanal cheeses. The price for the special tasting is $7 and we will have bottles of the wine available for purchase.

The event is from 6pm - 9pm and RSVP's are not required.

About the 2007 Fritz Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
From the Fritz Estate, located in a unique small valley between the Dry Creek and Alexander Valley’s in Sonoma County, this Cabernet Sauvignon expresses aromas of Bing cherries, red liquorish, cloves and hints of pomegranate and cola. The palate opens with flavors of red fruit and earthy tones finishing with firm elegant tannins. The wine is aged in 60% new French oak for 20 months.
