Joy Sterling, proprietor of Iron Horse, will be in attendance to kick off the celebration and mingle with guests.

Dishes include Crispy scallion pancakes topped with sauteed spring garlic and black bean asparagus; Salt and pepper prawns served in individual Chinese soup spoons and Crispy won ton triangles layered with Peking slaw and Asian duck confit.
