A blend of 1/3 young beer and 2/3 of beer aged 2 years in large oak vats. The more important proportion of oak matured beer contributes to its fruity taste, complexity and intensity. The finish is worthy of a great wine. A Blended Sour Ale. 6% ABV
Verhaeghe ‘Duchesse De Bourgogne’ 10
Traditional top fermented reddish-brown ale from the West-Flanders region of Belgium. This refined ale also known as "The Burgundies of Belgium" is a blend of 8 and 18 months old ales following careful maturation in oak casks. 100% natural and unpasteurized. 6.2% ABV

A limited edition ale. Belgian Style Porter with chocolate and Liefmans Cuvee Brut Cherries. 6.8% ABV
ASpall Draught Suffolk Cider 8
A mild straw color with a floral/appely aroma especially of Russetts. It has a lovely mout filling mousse and a delicate flavor of fresh pressed apples. It is an off dry cider with a complexity that enhances it's long finish/ 5.5% ABV
Dogfish Head ‘Immort’ Ale, Deleware 13
This beer is made with maple syrup from Red Brook farm, peat smoked barley, juniper berries and vanilla. Fermented with a blend of English and Belgian yeasts, then aged in the big oak tanks at the brewery. 11% ABV
Dogdfish Head ‘Red & White’ Ale, Deleware 13
A big, Belgian-style Wit brewed with corriander and orange peel and fermented with Pinot Noir juice. After fermentation a fraction of the batch is aged in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels abd another fraction is aged in oak staves. The beer is then blended before kegging. 10% ABV

Yes. A coffee IPA. especially made by a coffee roaster called 'Koppi' in Sweeden. Made with Tomahawk hops. 6.9% ABV
Mikkeller ‘I Beat yoU’, Denmark 14
An extremely rare draft. Hevily hopped with Herkules, Cenntenial, Warrior, Amarillo, Simcoe, and Columbus. Brewed at BrewDog, Scotland. 9.75% ABV
Mikkeller ‘Draft Bear’, Denmark 12
Mikkeller's interpretation of a "pilsner' heavyweight style. With it's powerful hop notes, high alcohol content, and lovely golden appearence, the only reference to pilsner style is the clean taste of the lager yeast. 8% ABV

A bold, in your face monster. It has a light, easydrinking malt character that allows the hops to stand out. The hop character in this beer is intentionally on the dank side; big, sticky, and agressive. 8% ABV
Birrifico del Ducato ‘Verdi’ Imperial Stout, Italy 15
An Imperial Russian Stout with hot peppers. Wineer of the best beer at BRAU Beviale 2008, a quaffable Imperial Stout with a medium body and a lingering finish. Liquorice and nutty in character. 8.2% ABV
St. Louis Geuze, Belgium 12
A cloudy golden color with a finger of white head. Nive lacing with a large bubbled cap. Funk, tart, grassy and apple-like. This is pretty sour, but not overpowering. 5% ABV
Beer Here ‘Hopfix’ Rye IPA, Denmark 14
Hopfix i s a copper colored India Pale Ale with plenty of fruity hop flavor and aroma. It features a dry finish and a firm bitterness balanced by chewy caramel malt. This ale is brewed with rye, providing a nice textureon the palate and a slight spiciness. 6.5% ABV
Dieu Du Ciel ‘Rosee d'hibiscus (Pinkish Hibiscus)’, Canada 14
A soft spoken wheat beer. The rose color comes from the hibiscus flowers added during the brewing process. THe aromas and flavor of this tropical flower are very prominent in this beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very agreeable fragrance. It is the perfect thirst-quencher on a hot summer day. 8.5% ABV
Pyramid Brewing ‘Outburst’ Imperial IPA, Berkeley 8
A crafty combination of four different hops, and a dose of dry hopping, powers Outburst to 80 IBU strong. Its bold profile offers and aroma reminicent of the Northwest hop fields at harvest time with spicy overtones of fresh citrus. 8.5% ABV

Unita ‘HooDoo’ Kolsh Style Ale, Utah 8
This Kolsh-style Golden Ale has a flavor that starts off with light, fruit notes of apple and pear laid atop honey-biscuit malts. The sweetness imported from these characteristics rolls on through the finish, where it is slightly offset by a refreshingly light hints of bitter hops. 4% ABV

Verhaeghe ‘Echte Kriekenbier’, Belgium 12
Traditonal Flemish cherry ale. This refeshing ale based on Vichtenaar and has the aroma of Kirsh cherry brandy, smooth, vanilla-like oaky palate and late surege of passion fruit flavors with come acidity. Local sour cherries are added during the maturation process to the wooden casks containing Vichtenaar. The final product is a blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old beers. 6.8% ABV
Duvel, Single, Belgium 10
A draught varient of Belgium's best selling specialty ale Duvel 8.5% ABV. The single fermentation refers to the fact that it undergoes just one fermentation process. This gives it a gentle hoppiness, a mild aroma, and a subtle, fruity bite. Brewery staff at Duvel Moortgat have enjoyed Duvel Single Fermentation for decades. 6.8% ABV
